- Must have 2-3 years of Sales Experience in Immigration,
- Managing and responding to inbound leads via phone and email.
- Able to do 50-100 calls minimum in a day.
- General duties including managing a portfolio of high-volume Immigration files.
- Handling Permanent Residence Visas, Visit, Work Permit, Student Visas, etc.
- Maintain the highest standard of Immigration advice to Immigration clients.
- Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.
- Helping clients to find the appropriate solutions.
- Preparing and providing invoices and agreement for the services.
